We have worked so hard to keep our manufacturing local (Sydney) since our first samples in 2010.
Like everyone, 2020 has presented us with challenges and made us re-evaluate and evolve. We wanted to diversify the collection and offer more affordable pieces for the everyday.
This gave birth to the first WoodyRoo t-shirt. We wanted to make quality t-shirts with beautiful fabric and a great fit without an over the top price tag. To do this we have teamed up with a considered maker in Bangladesh who comply with trade standards set by the Ethical Trade Initiative and the International Labour Organisation.
Our partnerships with our Australian manufacturers have been key to our success to date. Our core collection of chinos, shorts, oxford and linens shirts continue to be manufactured in Sydney.
WoodyRoo has built our reputation on using quality fabrics that feel beautiful to wear and last you a long time. We’ve used the same Japanese chino drill and oxford shirt fabric since day one.
